Kim Phan

Kim Phan is an associate with Oldaker, Biden & Belair, LLP. She joined the firm in March 2007. Before joining the firm, Ms. Phan was working at the National Federation of Independent Business. Her past work experience includes serving as a law clerk at SprintNextel, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, and the Federal Trade Commission. Ms. Phan has also interned in the Office of Congressman Virgil Goode and the National Republican Committee Press Office.

Ms. Phan graduated from the George Mason University School of Law. During law school, she served as Notes Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and Student Bar Association President.
